Brian earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and a MA from Webster University while working full-time in the retail industry. During Brian’s 21 year career in the corporate environment, he served in marketing, operations, purchasing, and human resources during his stint with three different organizations. His final role was a VP/COO for a $290M retail marketer. In 1997, Brian started Absolute Activewear, a uniform manufacturing company. After selling this venture in 1999, Brian began his career as an executive recruiter and, in 2003, he founded Coleman Haley & Wright.

Professional associations include serving as the Vice Chair for the “National Association of Executive Recruiters” as well as membership in the National Association of Personnel Services, American Staffing Association, International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters. Brian also serves on the Board of “The Pinnacle Society”, a consortium of the 75 highest volume recruiters in the United States.

After separating from the military in 1996, Ken’s professional career has encompassed management and project management positions within the retail and automotive industries as well as contract administration and management while serving with the Federal Government in support of the General Services Administration. During his career, Ken and Karen have lived in several areas of the country, learning about and providing assistance through charitable work including developing and organizing art exhibitions and shows, auctions, and golf tournaments. Organizations served through this work include The Friends of Man, The American Cancer Society, Toys for Tots, The Raptor Society of Fort Collins and Battered Woman’s Association of Colorado. Additionally, Ken and Karen worked with Night Walker Enterprises to organize and manage a Native American Art Exhibition to celebrate Native American artist with a five state invitational and juried art exhibition held at Colorado State University. Karen, a professional artist and employing real estate broker has been instrumental in the success of these endeavors and has joined the local art scene in Fort Myers and Naples Florida to continue with her art career and ambitions and to assist with those in need.

Ken enjoys sharing his time with friends and family, on the water, flying R/C and ultralight aircraft and golfing.
